1st. Use them as gel pads, this will help the eye from allowing the fumes to creep into the eyelid by providing a thicker material at the water line. or
2. Cut a small piece and use it for your glue drop. I promise you if you don't like the glue rings this is another one of my personal favorites. the foam helps the adhesivita fresh a lot longer.
