Shipping policy

Orders will be packaged and shipped out next business day. Once a product is shipped out and noted “delivered”, Ruby's Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions or concerns. You may check the status of your order through the confirmation email you received upon placing your order. Please note that we will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any lost or stolen packages.
